JKS trackbar rattling loudly

I lifted my jeep about 2 years ago and with the kit came a JKS adjustable front trackbar. The end of the trackbar that bolts to the frame (ie on the drivers side ) rattles to no end going over small bumps and even when turning the steering wheel back and forth. This is driving me crazy. My mechanic says to get a rebuilt joint kit since this is a common failure point. I call JKS tech- he says he's never heard of it failing. I even tried tightening to 110 ft-lbs - still rattles.

Suggestion?

Is it in the joint or is the bolt allowing movement? Do you have a washer on the top of the frame mount before the nut? If so, you need to take it off since you can't hold the torque correctly. The installation instructions are clear about this, but more people than not seem to ignore this or don't read the instructions.
Have someone turn the steering wheel back and forth while you are under the front and you should be able to tell if its attachment to the frame mount, or the JJ itself.
The JJ itself is not a common failure point.

the bolt does not seemed to move it seems the joint itself is making the noise.

You need to rebuild the joint then.

I've had a Pro Comp on for 6 years and the joint is still tight as hell.

The JJ itself is not a common failure point.

I have installed many jks bars on the various differnt tj frame end brackets.... the washer needs to be used on some to get it torque correctly....

I also find it hard to belive the jj has failed in a track bar application, evenif it was never greased.
