JKS spilt cone washer

I just ordered a new one because the one on my front track bar looks deteriorated. Has anyone had issue with these getting worn out and causing death wobble? I have checked and replaced all worn parts in the front end, tie rods, ball joints, unit bearings, and control arms. I am still getting some wobble if I hold steady or hit a bump around 40mph.
