JK shocks on TJ

I think I read somewhere you can use stock JK shocks w/ 2" spacer lift on TJ's. Anyone heard of this or have done it?

I used rear Rubicon shocks all the way around on my lifted Wagoneer. The red Rubicon ones are longer than stock. I think they were 15/23 collapsed/extended.

Edit: real nice shocks though. Similar to Bilsteins.

You will need mandatory bump stop extensions or you will break some stuff. All rigs are different, but 1.5" front and 2" rear may be close - check it and see.
