Jeeperman Skidz

Just ordered my Jeeperman rock skidz today and was told they may ship in less than 2 weeks. Can't wait!

About a month ago I ordered mine, got an email that said maybe 2 weeks before shipping. I emailed back and said had to have it for a upcoming trip in a week and that I would have to get a skid somewhere else. They gave me a prompt refund so I will definitely try them again for some other part. Sometimes things happen, it's how the company deals with it that make the difference.

Jeeperman is tough - I had to wait almost 3 months for my bumper and pre-runner bar. I happened to order right in the middle of their move, and then they changed the style of the pre-runner bar, which set me back also.

All in all, they were pretty patient with my whining and repeated emails to them. I think they are a good company with great products.

Try to hang in there..........

Your money is safe with them. I did not mean to infer that it wouldn't be. They will not rip you off. I only meant by the paying first for 3 months while they sit on your money is just wrong. It also leaves little recourse if there is a problem.
You might check with paypal also to see if this is against their terms of service agreement.

BTW I think this is the link you meant to post.

man I think you need to get on phone today ! 4-6 weeks is usually tops for waiting . I just got Rear bumper/tire carrier in less than 10 days , and now have the front bumper ordered ( 3 weeks they said) ..I was going to order the skidz next, but at this time frame I may change my mind

P.S. I have found that going thru a Dealer( I use Redrock 4x4) that they seem to get them out Much faster

I went through Northridge 4x4 - they were NO help at all. I wound up having to deal with Jeeperman directly.

I PM'd RAINGLER (Eddie) directly - he is a member of the forum. As a JF member, I think it is in his best interest to keep us happy.

Here was his response when I PM'd him my problem:

Sure, be happy too, give Chris a ring Monday at 303.523.1776 it's gotta be one being readied to ship npow is my guess. Jeeperman has just moved into a huge new shop and the move hurt some production times unfortunately, but should be very soon to your door I am sure. Sorry for the delay during the transition though. Eddie

So - just PM Raingler and ask him for some help.

My credit card was charged immediately after ordering my set, and now I'm six weeks and waiting. It is a little frustrating, especially since I saw a post here by Chris of Raingler last week announcing that the skids were "in stock". If the skids are in stock, where are mine?

Just checked on Rusty's shipped out last week, hopefully be there soon. We try to send an automated tracking email so you'll know when to expect them but some email spam blockers seem to reject Quantum based systems. The TSP's frame mounted skidz are in stock right now, but as our product line and production builds expand not all styles may be in stock at any one time. We appreciate everyone whom has waited for their product or is waiting. Our intent is to deliver only the best possible caliber item for you and we appreciate again the patience while we continue to grow our facility and production capacity in our new location. Always feel free to call Eddie or Chris directly for any information concerning our products or services when ordering from Raingler.com. 1.866.905.ROCK or jeeperman@raingler.com NOTE if you ordered from a dealer, please contact them directly for your order status.

Those sure look a lot like Rock-it Man...

They do look awesome. I wish they would have been around when I was buying rockers. That's a good price point too.

EDIT: Okay, I see that Rock-it Man discloses that info on his site.
