Jeep stalls when clutch is pressed at a stop

Subject says it all, doesn't happen every time but rpm dives to zero at times when I push in the clutch at a light or stop sign. Does happen for a period of time and then is OK for a period of time. Also comes after flopping it on its side last week. I have had the CPS suggested but no starting issues to date, hot or cold and when its diving i can tap the gas couple times and it idles perfect if I catch it. Cant find any vacuum leeks either. Any thoughts appreciated.
