Jeep Soft Top HELP!!!!

So i got a hardtop and soft top from the dealership i purchased my jeep at... I believed that i had all of the parts until the day i went to put it on and i was missing the door frames... so i have two questions that will sound very stupid but this is my first jeep so i don't know all that much about tops... 1. Do i need the door frames if i have full doors and not half doors? and 2. Do the frames get folded up with the rest of the top and i might not have seen them or are they seperate pieces? Thanks!

The door frames screw to the top of the roll bar and are not used with the hardtop but they are used with the soft top. Even without the top on they seal the doors better and reduce some wind noise. The soft top also snaps over around the edges of the door frames and on the top of them making a complete seal.

The door frames will come in a separate box, very hard to miss! Sounds like you got shorted, and it's probably way too late to swing by the dealer and ask WTF. You will need the surrounds with the soft top no matter what doors you have. As said above, the top connects to them.
