jan /feb 2006 jp magazine!

there is a build up of a rubi they are doing and they talk about the wheel spacers...they use the same as I am and say there is no reason they arent safe! trail sport unlimited..not spidertraxs

Spidertrax? They are 100% safe as long as they are properly torqued. People who buy spacers that aren't hub-centric to save money are not thinking clearly.

3 years and going strong for me..and I use mine for work so between the two jeeps theyve been on is a total of ....97000 prob free miles!

anyway thought it might be a good read for those considering spacers?

I don't think there is anything wrong with them. I think the problem for some people is they don't spend the time to take the tire off and re-torque them after 50 miles becuase they are lazy and then the tire comes loose and they blame it on the spacer.
