intermediate shaft

my 97 wrangler has a bad intermediate shaft. it is the shaft between the steering box and the steering column. the only place i could find one was the dealer. they wanted $250 for it. i have looked every where local and at all the websites i could think of. does anyone know of a cheeper place to get one?
