Installing Smittybilt tube fenders

Ive been sitting on front and back Smittybilt XRC tube fenders. I want to install them but i dont have all the resources to do so.

Im in Connecticut and i was wondering if anyone in the TJ world could assist me or install them for me. i dont have a lot of funds but i do have a pair of smitty bilt rock sliders i could trade for work + compensation. I was quoted by EVB in danbury for 800$ and thats just not in the cards.

Im looking to get marker lights/blinker for my install and i was wondering if any of you could recommend products. i have been looking at Genright and Poison Spyder. Any advice will be appreciated.
