Installed sound bar, now radio won't work

I recently was able to find a sound bar for my 99 TJ that I bought used. I was able to secure it and connect all of the wires but now the radio does not work. The connections were all secure, fuses looked good but not sure what else I need to check or mess with before I do any more damage to the rest of the electrical stuff under the hood. Any and all help would be helpful. Thanks
