INFO NEEDED: EBC yellow stuff brake pads & centric rotors

Ok guys,
Need a little help. I am wanting to upgrade my brake system. I have decided I want to go the ebc / centric route, but I need a little help with part numbers. I have a 97tj with the 2.5L 4 cylinder. What would be the correct yellow pads for the front / green for the rear? And what about the centric rotors? Which ones, and should I get rotors for the rear as well, or just go with new green pads on the drums?

Thanks for ANY information.

Go to any of the online parts store, punch in your info and the info for a 4.0 liter and see if any of the brake parts are different.
