does anyone have a wiring diagrams of the PDC for the TJ 4.0 1997 ?

I do but the schematic is spread out over MANY pages, the PDC isn't grouped together, the various circuits that pass through the PDC are described separately. Better you buy a used 1997 Factory Service Manual on eBay or similar.

Hi Jerry ,
thank you for your answer.
my problem is fuse ID,on the lid of the PDC it says refer to the owners manual,but in the owners manual it says the locations are clearly marked in the PDC itself.

Post up the fuse ID you need identified and I'll look it up tonight when I get home from work, or someone else may during the day.

I have all gauges of instrument cluster and lights off.
why ? I have already controlled in fuse block behind the glove box,but all ok.

Jerry,

is it possible for you to tell me what the pin positions are for on the defrost (1 - 4) and rear wiper (1 - 6) switches. I know the orange ones are for the illumination, just not sure about the rest.

I would Adam but I am not so sure I'd trust my FSM's '97 schematics are accurate for your 2004. But I can at least look at the schematic tonight when I get home, perhaps at least the wire colors are the same. PM me so I won't forget.

Hi Jerry,
the 2 fuses that I would want to identify to the inside of PDC : F19/10A and other from 10A.
