I'm an idiot.. and ordered a winch.. (Winch plate for stock bumper)

Because I found a great deal.. So I ordered superwinch epi9.0 with the synthetic rope...

But anyway... What's a good winch plate for a stock bumper?? I really like the Blue torch fab one but it says it's made for the BTF bumper.. Anyone recommend one?

The Warn plate is stout and works with the stock bumper. That's what I ran for a couple years.

Just my opinion, but I think Warn winch plates are overpriced along with their bumpers. Don't get me wrong, I love Warn stuff and especially their winches. I would go with a Rokmen winch plate. Solid product and great price.

Shameless plug, but no complaints with my Milemarker (and cheap if you see my classifieds!)

Another option is to check around Craigslist or something to see if someone is selling a winch bumper. Kill two birds with one stone. I got lucky and picked up an ARB front bumper for pennies

Try A to Z as well. Fits good with the stock bumper and that winch- that's the combo I have.

Stay away from the warn winch plate. It's too pricey and mounts the winch up too high.

rough country winch plate ~$70
http://www.jeeperz-creeperz.com/jeep...te-p-7418.html

i have it and i think it is 1/4in thick, made specifically for the stock bumper and hooks. i would never buy an expensive winch plate when you can buy something simple like that.

I stumbled across those and they look like a really good buy.
