sounds pretty fair if in good shape overall. I just paid 7900 for a 98 TJ with 83,000 miles.

Prices vary hugely per area it seems, when I was looking for a Tj I was up your way looking at Jeeps on C/L. Best I ever saw was an 98 with 100K,D44,2 tops, well cared for but not perfect, best I could get it for was 10K and that was a good deal at the time but I passed. The one you found sounds like a very good deal with the low mileage.
