I need a toolbox!

So, I now have a shedload of tools rolling around the back...and passenger seat footwells...and the shotgun footwell...and a few rammed in convenient spots under the hood...so, I need somewhere to store them. However, I'd also like something that won't completely remove all my storage space in the back as, unfortunately, I do occasionally need it as well.

So, any suggestions? I'd like to try and find an overhead console for some of the smaller stuff. Can you get a box to mount under the back seat (Obviously with a relocation bracket or something)? Security isn't a big deal, they're all Canadian Tire specials and such.

I'm running the Tuffy drawer in the back of my JK. I love it i just got a couple Craftsman tool bags to separate the types of tools and throw em in there and they're stored safely.
