Here is a bumper me and the ol man made this weekend, it started out to be a qucik bumper i could mount my winch to and it ended up taking tell monday night

Hey, we used 1 1/2" tube .095wall and my dad has a tubeing bender so we used that, and about the plans we dont have any, it started out as a simple bumper and we just kind of kept going. We used cardboard paper to get our shapes and taped them together to get the look we wanted.

Here is a shot of my "doorless" mirror.




Sorry for the mud.

All I did was use a preformed 1/2 conduit elbow from the HD.
I inserted a 3/8" nut into one end and bent some tabs over with a chisel and created my own nutsert.

Put a 3/8 x 2" bolt up through the hinge.

This thing works like a charm.

89 YJ, 4.6 Stroker, SOA, Waggy 44 and Ford 8.8 w/ARB's. Rollin 35" BFG's. Raptor Lined Body.

Oh man, did I say mud.

That is actually a new color of paint that I am trying out. If you look, you can see where I got it on the body too!!

Homemade Shifter Knob

Bought a grenade from the local army surplus store and welded a nut on the bottom of it. Very simple. Im sure ill need someone to help me out .and post the pic up for no clickery.
