Since I decided to mount my new deck in my Tuffy console I needed to fill the space where my factory radio was. So I bought a piece of 1/8" ABS plastic to make a pocket for the space.

Here it is cut and bent into shape

Added some carbon fiber vinyl for looks

Installed where the factory unit was.

And now I also have a place to mount my CB.

CB Antenna Mount... $12 worth of flat steel, bent to fit, and is actually very sturdy (drove 24 hours on the highway after the install)

I am very very impressed with some of the stuff you guys are showing. Some of those bumpers, trunk setups, and mods are simply amazing!

I'd have to say my favorite ones right now are hard wood tonneau and the dead pedal, which I will be making.

Classic thread guys, keep it up.

One of my favs is my rear deck I built. Uses all factory holes and can be removed easily if I want to put the back seat back in.

That looks great, Scott. One of the cleanest covers I've seen.

Sweet!! I want one.

I like the placing of hte shackle mounts. No clearance sacrificed.

Here is a winch plate. I used 1/4" steel for the platform and 1/8" for the shield, The winch plate was raised 2" off the front bumper and I welded a 1/4" plate from the back of the winch plate and forward to the front cross member. I then cut four 1" holes in the angled piece for air flow to the radiator. BULLET proof!!!!! (rounded the top to match front of Jeep)

Extra trunk ....

modified an ammo can to fit everything i need on the trail.

The can mounts to my swingaway tire carrier. MORE room in that thing than i thought.
cool thing is when Im not on the trail i can remove the can and keep everyting in it for the next ride.
