Ready for sandblasting and paint. Ground the weld splatter off and the end caps smooth. Rest of the welds are not ground at all. 15 deg rake on the front and hoop. All 1/4" GR60 steel plate and 1.75 x 0.120 wall DOM. Lugs welded both sides, the "T" has a 15 deg to it too inside the bumper. Wasnt sure I would like the lights up top but in person it looks great! And the end caps fit the anti-rock very nicely. Tell me what you think!

Thanks man! I am really happy with how it turned out. And since I made it out of scrap steel I only had to pay for the DOM and weld consumables. Oh and a sixer to the guy that bent it. We didn't have a gooseneck die at work big enough to bend it like that. This was my first "real" fab project but the welds came out pretty good. Did lots of little stuff before though. I'll post pics when painted and the winch and lights back on.

WOW. Seriously impressive.
would make dropping the Trans so much easier than working around the huge stock skid plate/ transmission cross member.

Bow holder to hold bow while driving on our private ranch. There is no bounce and it cost less that $10 .

Hey man that's nice. Usually too cold during bow season here for me to ever want to put the top down though.

Throw the photoshoppers a bone and post your executed mods, we would like to see the after pics. Copy and paste the url. http://www.jeepforum.com/forum/f59/executed-photoshop-mods-1417032/

Its just a window gun rack $5 from academy cut in half. And four hose clamps, two bungie balls. I found that with out the bow secured with bungies bow seats very well still.

Storage lock boxes. Craiglist find $15 for both. Not sure who used to make them. But they work well for drink holders and and storage of anything of not great value since they are plastic.lol
