3/16ths plate...payed someone woith a brake to bend it..
for 64.00 i got 16ft of 2x2x3/16ths tube for rear bumper tire carrier and the plate for the rockers and they bent it for me also..

couldnt find 2x4x3/16ths for rear bumper so i got 2x4x1/4,,and cant decide wheather to use ot or not..fricking heavy but probally need it since the front will be heavy after the winch..

thanks
yeah i need to find somewhere they can fold thick plate.
1/4" sure would be heavy, maybe you can swap it when they get some 3/16
if not it'll sure be beefy

Home made 10" sub box, downfiring. Made out of 3/4" MDF. I followed a write up from here so I can't take credit for the idea. Soon as I located the link again, I'll edit this and post it for people. This was the first time I've ever used a table saw---so fun!! I'm starting to understand why you guys go bonkers over power tools.

TIPS:
Pre-drill where you plan to place a screw. MDF likes to split otherwise.
Don't use left over bed liner spray paint as a cover. What a mess...may of worked had I remembered to sand the MDF?
A good way to fill cracks/holes is mixing sawdust with wood glue.
Listen to the officer when he makes a turn down the radio motion at you while sitting behind you in a stop light.

It's not vented. That's just where I got creative with my measurements and inability to saw a straight line.

Measurement puzzle:

Don't mind the BL gap:

It seems to be strong enough

Here it is with 1 snowboard and 1 wakeboard.

Just thought there might be someone else out there that might be able to use a rack like this.
