Its two layers of mid weight fleece with a layer of 80/20 cotton/poly comforter batting in between. The straps are 1 inch webbing.

Thanks, I made it after seeing some over priced version on the internet. I'm working the last of the kinks out ( made the straps a hair too short ).

My plan is to use it in the summer to wrap up the windows as well

I wouldn't even know where to begin pricing it or how much someone would pay. The price would vary with different materials. I can pretty much make it out of any type of fabric.

Yeah I reinforced the tailgate (original reason for carrier) and put 1/8 inch plate on both sides and ran bolts through for the latch assembly. If it's not stronger it sure is heavier.

edit.... If you're asking about the hinges then yes, I bent 1/8 inch plate to match the contour of the tub and sandwiched the tub between that and the hinges.

I built a slide out box for the back of my jeep. All I need to do is throw some carpet on the top and paint the sides black and she'll be completely finished.

Made a cowl intake

Not a new idea just my version of it.

It works pretty good and I don't have to worry about sucking water again when I enter a water crossing.

Nice work Deet. Sucking water into your engine sucks. Trust me I know from personal experience. What size tube is that?

I made a cover plate for the spare tire that houses the flood light and rear view camera. It has two pieces. The inner piece slots over the existing 5 x 4.5 bolt pattern and from the reverse side, bolts on to the tire carrier (welded a nut on the back of it to thread it)

The front side has a large tube that serves as a resting plate for the spare wheel until you align it with the studs and slot it in place, making it much easier for one person to place it on. Then in the center is a 1" solid bar with a threaded hole in it.

The cover plate was cut out on a water jet cutter, then a square section behind with 1" inner dimension slides over and is bolted in to lock it in place.

The hole in the middle is for a grommet mount LED which I'll be ordering soon.

Then the finishing touch will be a Jeep emblem in the center.

You can see the inner tube here

Photoshop:

Now I just need to find 2003+ window trim to hide all the wires

It's two inch schedule 40. I sealed off the air horn with a cole slaw container lid cut to size and some silicone.
