Hydro 7000 shocks piston up or down?

I am installing a BB right now and I was wondering for the hydros if I mount them with the piston towards the top or the bottom? Thanks. This goes for front and rear.

You might not want to install the rubber shock boots. They hold in moisture and can rust your shocks. ( just my 2 cents)
