HVAC issues

So I'm having that crazy melting problem with the hvac controls.... so I replaced the switches the Climate control and the Fan Speed Selector. I also replaced the blower motor. well I get all of this done after fixing the Previous owner hack job. and the blower is not working. any ideas where to start? I think its something with the switch but not sure.

Check the blower motor resistor and the wiring/relay going to the blower motor. Mine melted his year.
I went to the junkyard and pulled the whole harness from a Cherokee (same as TJ, and there are tons of Cherokee's in junkyards).
