Want to put one in my 04 5 speed maual. I6.. Whats the model ## and who has done one?? Is it worth it??

I put the B&M shifter in my 99 5 speed:

1. Ergonomically I like the shorter throw.
2. It is more precise then the stock shifter (may just have been mine but I found the stock shifter Sloppy)

No it does not allow you to shift quicker or make the shifts smoother it is still a jeep tranny afterall.

I feel it is a worthwhile mod and would do it again.
