Canister installed:
http://i4.tinypic.com/10ft0tv.jpg
I never liked the hummer installs where the cap wasn't on the end of the cowling. I trimmed my A/C vent intake and used some air system hose i picked up at Autozone (thank the ricers for this stuff). I should be able to fit the cap on the outside of the cowling easily now. Yes...i realize i just limited the amount of fresh air I can get into the cab. I don't really care since i run with the top/doors down most of the time.

I used my dremel to cut the cowling. May do some additional trimming and I need to repaint the cap. All in all looks good and it functional!
I was so careful cutting the hole in the cowling...did it perfectly with a dremel. would never bet i would SLIP WITH THE SCREWDRIVER screwing it in and SCRATCH the crap out of it!!
Sorry for the bad pics - it's nighttime here.

now just some cleaning up to do. May repaint cap.

That is probably the most tasteful way of installing a snorkel I have yet seen. Where did you get the Hummer cap??

Could you do a step by step "how to" with materials needed.
I am very interested in this.
