HP D30 Build w/ ZJ TR and WJ outers?

Picked up a HP D30 and want to build for replacement into 98 TJ. I could just swap in my existing d30 parts w/ new axles and locker and call it good.
But saw the ZJ tie rod upgrade on STU Offroad which I liked.
Also have been researching the WJ knuckle and brake upgrade also.
I am running 32/11.5-15's on a 3" lift and don't plan to upgrade beyond 35's.
Handles great on road now. I like the idea of using easily available stock parts.

The question is:
Is this a reliable daily driver upgrade combination, as well as affordable?
Has anybody completed this combo with good results?
Open to your recommendations.
Mark

Yes and yes.

You need to have fabrication skills...

Knucklehead, I did see your thread on this and peaked my interest...
Got the fab covered. This is MY first jeep, worked on others.
Planned on a Super 30 uprgade w/ locker. So why not swap in a HP 30. Got one cheap. It needs knuckles and brakes, so why not look into the WJ swap while I'm in there. And hey that ZJ tie rod dealio looks interesting too...
Will the ZJ tie rod setup work with the WJ knuckle/brake swap, or are the offset tie rod ends required and therefore need to make the TR w/ new rod?
Just looking for all options. Anybody can open up their wallet and place orders.

No the ZJ tie rod will not work with WJ knuckles. Read this to get an idea of what is involved.

Your best bet would be to buy the items JKS offers for the swap IMO.

Lots more information can found using the search button, and via google.

I agree.

I searched for 6 months before doing the WJ conversion...
