How to remove rusted bolts?

The bolts that are holding the driver and passenger seats to the floor are rusted. I don't think it will come out. Any suggestion of how it can be removed? Do I have to drill it or is there a simpler way to removed these rusted bolts? By the way, where do I get it removed if I want to have a professional do it? Thanks!!!

Use a ton of PB blaster. Heat them up. Drill them out. Try them all, one will work.

I was going to suggest PB Blaster as well. My '01 had several rusted bolts that I couldn't budge. I went to Lowes and bought a 12" long piece of 1.25" galvanized steel pipe and used it as a cheater bar. Leverage works wonders!!! This is assuming you can get a ratchet & socket to the nut ofcourse...

what shay4au said. you can spray it a few days in advance to help a little. PB Blaster and a breaker bar works wonders.

PB blaster and a 1/2" drive ratchet.
