Yank the rubber "bumper" out, you will see a bolt(I forget the size, I want to say 13mm or so) and undo that. The bumpstop "cup" will come right off then.
For the rubber bumper, I find it helpful to wiggle it back and forth with a lot of force as opposed to just pulling straight out, much easier.
