how to relocate a fuse to spare fuse spot

lost dash lights and tail lights brake lights still work. Fuse 1 is not blown but the connections are not good. Was wondering how to relocate fuse 1 to one of the spare fuse slots

The work required to move the connections from one fuse slot to another would be on par with simply fixing the connections in their present location.
