How not to sell a jeep

A Brute conversion for twice what it's worth...

http://www.dealsonwheels.com/search/detail.aspx?id=00539805201&mm=2003_JEEP_BRUTE

Go buy an mint low miles 03, add the gear that one has, and do a Brute kit plus paint you'd be hard pressed to even get to 30k.

If it had a hemi also, that price would still be too high...

I pass that thing everyday on my way to work. Its the only Brute I've seen in person. Not my cup of tea and definitely not worth that kind of $$$.

If you can do the work yourself, sure. Not everyone has the tools, skills, or time to do it, though. That's about what it would have cost to have AEV do the conversion for you a few years back.

And the '65 would really stink off-road... even with a posi-trac.

Is the '69 mostly stock or setup for racing? Sweet car.

The brute conversion just has to be something that you really want and know that you'll never get that money back if you try to sell it.

Even if they re-painted it a non-******bag color, I still wouldn't pay that much.

Especially if it gets rolled, like recently with that silver Brute with the red frame. But still, if I had the money, why not?!
