how much flex will i lose

i have a guy that will trade me straight up my 33's for his 35's. how much flex will i lose off road if i do this. i have a 3.5 RE superflex and jks 1.25 body lift. will i have to extend the bumpstops more?

I have 33's and my roommate has 35's he has mega fender damage with a 4" lift.


You will need bigger bumpstops but other then that you should be ok

that doesn't sound good anyone have pics of there rig with 35's and 4 inches of lift.

Questions to ask yourself

First : What gear ratio you running?

Second : You should lose some flex, depending on how much off road you do will depend on how much this effects you.

Third: Will it make the Jeep look better? I say yes here. Look at the Yellow and Red TJ above. This is a pure indication you will be looking meaner than ever.

Check out stu's site for good info on bump stops.

for now ill be running 4.11 which will suck i know till i can get enough money to do 5.13s
