Thanks. The shocks are the standard option with the Zone lift package.

I've got teraflex 2" spacers with the teraflex 1" BL with 33x12.5 BFG KM2's works great rides a bit stiffer but thats mostly due to the Pro Comp shocks.

Personally, I would go with springs over spacers any day. My only real recommendation would be that you think ahead to anything you might want to do later on. If you think you want to go with Metalcloaks later, figure that into your planning now. I'm on 4.5 lift, and unless I go up to 35s, I dont think I will be able to go too metalcloaks without looking like I have a silly amount of gap between the top of the tire and the fender. So basically, research, researc, research.

You should, in no way, take any of this personally. It's just business. So to recap, I come in peace, I mean you no harm, and you all will die. Gallaxhar out.

Thanks. I know how hard it is to hold off on adding parts and such to a new ride. Heck, I've made plenty of mistakes. I probably should have done a BL and MML so I could go shallower on my tummy tuck, but if I did that, I should have never gone with a 4.5 lift in the first place. I'm basically happy with the way I set up, but if I had done more research, I would have probably done some things differently. One piece of advise that I took way to long to follow is "ARMOR UP". Looking back, I would take armor over lift, but we all know that lift looks COOL.

Sorry to high jack but I have a freind that is looking at putting 33s on his TJ too.
I have been looking at the Zone 4.25" combo lift for him.
I like the fact it comes with a small body lift and the mm lift. To help angle the driveshaft.
4.25" seems to be pretty tall for 33s though.
My brother is running a RE 3.5" lift with 33s.
Would he be better running a 2" lift, 1.25" body lift, and the MM mount lift?
He will be running 33" Firestone Destination MT that do not measure anywhere close to 33".

If you have not watched this video series of 2 they discuss exactly those last questions. Make sure to watch them both. The second answers the motor lift question. Hope this helps

Check out my build thread and you towards the end you can see my Rubi sitting on 4.5" lift and 33s. Like I said earlier, if I had it to do over again, I may have gone with less lift, but I will probably go to 35s at some point, so its all good. For now, I am happy with this lift and 33s.

Thanks for the answers.
I think I will steer him towards a 2" suspention lift, MM, and 1.5 body lift.

MetalCloak fenders, Novak conversion, 1.25" BL, and 1" MML. Stock suspension and no worries about SYE/DS.
