How to Adjust Full TJ Doors?

My passenger side door needs to be adjusted just about a cm. How do i go about doing this? is it just the hinges?

A cm is not much and you should be able to do it with the upper hinge only. This will allow you to not worry about the paint getting chipped off the inside of the torx since the mirror covers that area.

Take your mirror off, loosen the hinge torx screws, adjust your door accordingly, tighten the torx, reinstall mirror.

Also, the striker on the pillar is also adjustable, to an extent. This is useful if the door is in the correct position, but not closing.
