Home Made Skid Plates!!!

DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY PICS OF THEIR HOMEMADE SKID PLATES ON THEIR JEEP. IM LOOKING TO SAVE SOME MONEY BECAUSE I'M STILL IN SCHOOL BUT WHEEL ON THE WEEKENDS. I AM ALWAYS WATCHING WHAT IM GOING OVER SO I DONT HIT STUFF WITH THE BOTTOM OF MY JEEP. I WANT TO MAKE A STEERING BOX SKID PLATE AND A OIL PAN SKID PLATE. IF ANYONE HAS ANY PICS, THEY WOULD BE REALLY HELPFUL. THANKS ALOT

What size steel would be best? My job recycles a lot of steel plate so i would have my choice from 1/4'' all the up to 5/8''.

I used 1/4" for the main plates, with a 6" wide 5/16" along the frame rails so I could counter sink the 6 main bolts.
