Here is where i am at and what i am thinking (pics included)
Ok guys here is where i am on my tj. I am currently running a BB with 32x11.50's and i just put a new bumper/winch on the front and now the stock front springs are sagging (see pic) I have been doing tons of reading and i think the RC 3.25 kit (using the 3/4 spacer in the front only) will get me back to level with more room to clear the 32's. I would also like to add a 1in body lift and step up to 33's when my current tires wear out. Any comments on this plan? Also my jeep sits about 3/4 of an inch higher on the drivers side is this from the worn out springs or just by design?

I already have 2in spacers installed, is it possible to add a spacer to the 2in spacer i already have? And if you notice i dont even have the wire cable on the winch yet, that will ad another 13-14 pounds.

your passenger side rear spring is sagging and causing it to sit lower on that side. common thing to happen. some companies make lift kits with a larger rear passenger spring to compensate for that. its caused by the way torque from the engine twists the driver side up while you accelerate and the normal squatting that occurs while accelerating. some new springs would be the fix so id say go for the lift. you might have to get a SYE and CV shaft as well. probably not. but you might.

the new cable will be a bit more that 13-14 lbs. depending on the cable thickness it could be a pound per foot or more for the cable.
get new springs (or slightly used) and see if it sags after the cable is put on. if it does, put spacers on the front to level it out.

I had the same problem when I installed my winch. My springs were tired anyway so I found some good used ones on craigslist for $100 and got a 4in rear and a 6in front lift. It does sit a little higher in the front but since the front squats faster than the rear it doesn't bother me. I have always been strongly discuraged from putting puck lifts on top of lift springs I was told they have a tendancy to come apart dangerously when being worked on.

what brand of springs did you buy on craigs? I have seen rubicon springs on there but never seen aftermarket brands on there.

other than the fact that most people forget the suspension geometry they are messing with by putting spacers on top of lift springs, there is nothing wrong with it. axles will be off center (adjustable track bars), shocks length will be incorrect (need to check extended and collapsed lengths, buy new shocks), bumpstop length will be incorrect (add bumpstops) and you'll be loosing usable flex had you gone with replacement springs. A major thing to keep in mind is you can destroy springs by overcompressing them - most aftermarket springs taller than maybe 3-3.5" or so will not fully compress into the stock bumpstop tower - this means you need to know to add bumpstops long enough to prevent the springs from fully compressing and to keep the shocks from fully collapsing, in addition to clearing whatever size tires you want. If you add a pucks (BB) to the spring tower, you just removed 2" of space for the springs to compress into, thereby increasing the likelyhood you will damage the springs unless you add 2" or more of additional bumpstop.
to the OP - i havent seen a Jeep that sits perfectly level yet. the RC 3.25" seems to be pretty popular on this forum. I went a different route with the more tested & reliable Old Man Emu kit. I will say the customer service from the RC rep on this forum appears to be awesome.

I just ordered a RC 3.25" lift Monday and it was here when i got home today. I added a pref stabilizer and mml. So i dont have to run the TC drop. Plan to leave the rear spacer out to sit level.
Another option is buy some 4" front springs and use the 2.5 springs and puck in the rear. That should put you back to level and help stiffen the front for the bumper and winch.

springs on craigslist
I got skyjacker springs just because thats what there was. If you can get rubicon express though I like them better. They seem to hold up better.
