I know I should replace the axles too but I want to see what happens and get it on video hopefully , I will have the axles ready to go when the D35 goes bang.
Where did you send your wiring harness is someone doing it in Canada?

Thanks for the diagrams guys .. I really appreciate the help. As for the wiring harness I sent it to the Jeep Speed Shop in Petaluma CA. They sent me back the rewired engine bay harness and a new engine harness as well as a new PCM. They got the harnesses from Hotwire Auto so I guess you could go straight there. I used them because thier PCM was cheaper. I will try and get some pics up soon now that I have begun work again. I also just finished a welding course so I have no excuses now lol.

Update:

Wired in the 04 instrument cluster last night and fitted the new brake switch. I have noticed one problem though with the new transmission selection cable; it doesn't fit the 545RFE bracket. I assumed that the cables would be same across the models ... yeah naive is too small a word. So if anyone knows of the part # for the correct cable. 07 545RFE tranny from a 07 Ram 1500 and a auto conversion kit from Backwoods Offroad.

Ordered the radiator and hoses from Todd @ the JeepSpeedShop. Bought myself a oxy/acet welding/cutting kit yesterday and will be cutting the motor mounts off at the weekend. I need to fab up a fuel line to connect the jeep fuel line form the gas tank, that terminates below the firewall, to the fuel rail on the hemi. They are different sizes and I have now idea which sizes they are. If anyone knows I would appreciate the info. I will try and get some pics up too this weekend.

Hey Guys,

The hemi is in the engine bay and resting on the motor mounts although I think that the positioning is a little off. I will post some pics tonight. I have mounted the new aluminum rad and will be ordering the electric fan soon.
