Help wiring my electric cooling fan

I've got the Taurus electric fan, an on off on switch, relay, am still waiting to find a temp switch. Does someone have a wiring diagram to wire it so I can have it turn on by the thermostat switch, or turn it on with a switch, or just turn it off.
Thanks,
Vance

Can anyone help me with this?
I have it wired now, but in the on with the toggle switch, does not
go thru the relay. And I don't think that's a good idea.
Thanks,
Vance
