help with stock bumper

hey guys
how do I get the end jugs off of my stock bumper?

The screws in mine were rusted/filled with sand. I used a saw to chop through the plastic, then I used a dremmel to cut through the bolts.

With a big hammer! There's nothing to damage, aside from the jugs which are garbage anyways. There are screws that hold them in place, but you may find they'll just spin without ever unscrewing.

step 1 unscrew the torx bolts on top and bottom
step 2 take one and a half steps back
step 3 pick up right foot and move it foward swiftly towards the jug making contact with your heel
step 4 pick up the jug from under the jeep

A couple of mine were rusted in real good, I found using a combo of a large boot and a BFH does the trick nicely. Just dont let your friends help, my friends flying kick is the reason there is now a small dent in my fender.....
