Help Help Help Problem With Front Shaft

GUYS,

please help me to solve this problem...

after the rainy days in saudi, i noticed a squeecing sound (weet weet weet weet) from the front drive shaft. i tried whatever to fix the problem but i could not.

i used the WD40 but did not work.

it comes and goes as it likes and it does not stop at a certaine speed, justr when it does want to show its not there.

i thought its from the U joint but i am not sure yet since no vibration is attended.

guys,

if anyone had the same problem before please advice for the solution cuz i believe the full drive shaft is so expensive and i am not willing to open the transfer case to change the bearing...

Ibraheem..........

maybe your ball centering kit is the problem (making the angry sparrow sound)

Here is Stu's site:

http://stu-offroad.com/

You'll need to register, but go to the axles section and check out the driveshaft overhaul articles.

To verify, you can just pull the front driveshaft and see if the sound goes away. If it's bad, keep it out until you fix it to save yourself the aggrivation and expense of a siezed joint.

The parts here in the states are about $60 and a cheap u-joint press can be had for under $50.
