HELP! Hard top leaking

Sorry if this is a repost but the search is down. I have a 99 sport with the hardtop and evertime it rains water runs down between my top and door. The door seals are not in bad shape so I have no idea why it is leaking so bad. Luckily I have Husky floor liners so my carpet is not getting wet.
thanks

Are the rubber seals that go on the back of the dooropening between the top and the body in place? If not you can get leakage in that area.

mine does the same on the passenger side, which would be your drivers side as mines a uk right hand drive, i think it runs down behind that plastic trim thing thats held on with a few screws, post on here a while back said to fill them with slicone and that will stop the leaks.
