Help fitting new upper door skins onto the window frames
I recently bought a new sailcloth top but I haven't put it on yet. I have half doors so I'm going to need the upper door skins that came with the top. I already took my old door skins off but fitting the new ones onto the frame seems like it will be a battle. Has anyone done this without much trouble? Any tips? I would hate to take it to the dealer just for them to put the new skins on.

the best advice I can give is to follow the instructions exactly....you have to do it in the right order. be sure the bottom corners are sitting right before trying the upper corners. and be sure to do the upper corner with the "pull handle" dealy last. for the last corner I had to pry it on, not just use that pull handle. I just used the handle of a pair of pliers (which has a nice rubber cover on the handle) as a pry bar to lever the last corner in place
