That didn't work for me...my dash lights stay on constant when the markers are on or full markers and head lights...I did that entire set up and nothing worked :/

Also that write up is for LED...but I didn't install the led relay that was mentioned...would you definitely need that relay regardless of led or not?
And that would make my turn signal lights on the dash work properly instead of steady ON?
That's my main issue

I was having the same problem so I just use the main turn signal wires...the plug with 3 wires has the wire for the running lights...I just didn't splice into that one wire

All of my local auto parts stores carry the EP26. Did you ask at the counter?

How do you have it wired? What bulbs are you using?

If the signal indicator(s) come on when the lights are on there is feed back through the parking light circuit.

Just like the OP did it in the write up
The diode and resistor together going to the blinker wire and just the diode going to the parking wire...I tried with and without LED lights the bulb was a 12v 3.4 watt

If you have a 2 filament bulb & 3 wire socket for the front & a single filament 2 wire socket for the side marker & wire them up like the original with the 2 wires for the marker wired with one to the parking light wire & the other to the signal wire for the front light & the 3rd wire there going to ground everything should work & no need for resistors or diodes.

This I already know...but there are no housings out there for the 2 filament bulbs...and the ones I did find are either too big or not what I'm looking for...that's the downfall here and what I'm trying to avoid

I guess I misunderstood when you said 3 wire to 2 wire. I thought you meant wiring the 3 wire fronts to the 2 wire side sockets to get them both to work.

You want to put a single filament bulb (2 wire socket) on the front & the same type for the side? Then you want to get the front to be on for parking lights & still blink for the signals like the side ones do normally?
