Help! Body bolts stripped

So I decided to do a body off resto on my 97 tj mostly because I'm putting a new to me frame on it. My tub is also in horrible shape. I went to take the 2 body bolts out of the corners on the rear and they both stripped. So I need to replace that piece under the tailgate because it got tore up. Anyone know where I can find that and whats that piece called? Some kind of tailgate end support? I might just end up parting this jeep out as bad as I dont want to. Thanks for the help.

Last year I ended up cutting into the body and welded on a new nut. I don't think there is any replacement part for there.

I appreciate the reply. Looks like a lot of cutting and welding is going to take place. Another bolt stripped. So far 3 out of the 9 I have messed with stripped and thats even after soaking them in PB Blaster for 2 days. Only 2 more to go.

Have you used a torch on any of the bolts?

I did use a torch, it helped, but didnt help on every bolt. Im pretty sure my tub is garbage. Its rotted out so bad underneath, I could probably save money by buying another tub. I guess im going to have to cut into my tub to cut the bolts out. Not sure, this is my first time doin something like this to a jeep. Any other suggestions?
