Help with airbag light after replacement

I bought a 99 TJ last week and got a great deal. One of the issues with the Wrangler, it was missing the driver side airbag. Someone had slashed the top and stolen the airbag. Long story short, I got a replacement and installed it but the light will not go out. The two fuses are good. The clockspring seems to function since the horn works. Is there a special trick or does it need to visit a dealership?
