Heavy bumper and winch creating issue...

So I put a Highrock front bumper and winch on the 05 TJ and it seems that the extra weight up front makes handling more difficult.

It rides and steers like it's too front heavy and it's almost like having that bump steer problem again...the Jeep kind of "waves" front to back and is hard to gain control of despite maintaining the steering wheel straight.

Nothing seems loose underneath, what should I look for?

loose or worn steering components. Upgrading the steering box would be beneficial.

It feels front heavy because it is front heavy.

PO did the lift, I think it's a ProComp lift package with Rancho shocks and 34" ProComp tires
