Heater Core Assy. Removal???

OK, I've got the 5 bolts removed from the firewall (engine side). I have already removed the hoses, but now I have two "hard" refrigerant lines that need to be disconnected. How do you do this? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Joe

Those lines take a special tool to seperate. Go to your local parts place an ask for an A/C line disconnect tool. What they do is seperate the locking spring inside the coupling in order to seperate the lines.

Forgot to add: They only cost me about $8 and were in the help tools section at Parts Plus.
