Headlights Don't Work!

I was driving home and my headlights dimmed then went out completely. My turn signals, hazards, tail lights, and dome light still work. I went to a local auto store and they said that my headlights were not getting power. I have read numerous threads on this happening to other people but I am still unable to resolve this issue. I have: checked and cleaned the grounds, replaced the headlight switch, replaced the multi switch (Turn signal and brights), and checked the fuses in both boxes (behind glove box and under the hood). I was unable to find a fuse that was labeled "HEADLIGHTS" or something similar but none of the fuses were blown anyways. Is there something that I'm not doing or did I do something wrong?! Thanks for your input!

Those diagrams make sense until I go look in my car and all i see are a web of wires. I'll try to switch out the relay once I'm able to find it. I saw one right underneath the steering column. Is that the one? Or where else could it be?

Its pretty common for TJs and XJs to have the headlight switch die , easy fix .
