have questions about a tj 44 swap

hello i was pretty stupid and listened to a friend of mine who said that i should switch my dana 30 and 35 out for dana 44's which i didnt think was a bad idea since we had them and all...we the dana 44's are from an international scout II and the front axle has manual locking hubs, so i bought two spartan lockers one for the rear and one for the front. We installed the rear but i always hear a loud pop coming from the rear end and am hoping we installed and welded the brackets right but i thought it might have came from the locker? Any suggestions or ways to fix whatever it is? Also if it is the locker should i still install the front since it does have manual locking hubs so it shouldnt affect it? Im new to this whole locker thing and i really need some help...also i have the 6'' long arm rough country lift and it seems like the control arms or somthing arent holding the axel still because it seems to want to dance accross the road as im driving to work and home...Does anyone have any suggestions?
