Rattle can paint or a black Magic Marker is about all the effort I'd spend on that kind of damage so far as I can tell. If it's deeper than surface damage, just take it to a shop that specializes in repairing fiberglass bodied Corvettes or boats. They can restore it so you can't tell it was ever damaged.

You can do like jerry said or you can repair it yourself with some fiberglass body filler.

No its hardener does not depend at all on temperature.

I went to a local boating shop to get the materials I needed when I fixed my hardtop. I bought the hardtop last year about this time used and when the guy was taking it off his Jeep it was cold outside and the seal under the top around the tub stuck and he pulled hard on the top the wrong way and the two pieces that wrap around each door opening both cracked. He offered the top to me at a lesser price which I gladly took. When I got home I went to the boating shop and got a product that I cant think of the name right now, but was a fiberglass repair kit. You mixed two tubes of resin and hardener together and then shaped it and filled in the repaired area with a wooden spoon tool that came in the kit. Once it set and hardened for like 24 hours I took the sandpaper and metal file out and went to town. After a few hours of sanding and filing and some spray paint you couldn't even tell that the hardtop was repaired. Hit me up with a PM if you want some more details or pics. I might be able to dig up the kit I used as I think I had some extra left over. HTH.
