I do not pay attention to relay contact numbers. If 30 is the common to both NC and NO contacts then GTG. I suggest a smaller fuse for the control side. 5 Amp should be sufficient
So im guessing your saying to connect all of it to one relay? Correct assumption there?

Also i dont see how your connecting Black and White to cavity 1 dont you need 1 cavity for the control and another for grounding.. Doesnt that only leave 3 available? While your using all 5 to run to the hardtop?

I have a 1990YJ, bought a hard top for $50.00 from a guy at work. I bought a set of switches and bracket from daveys jeeps for $15.00. I need help to wire up the wipers and defroster. The faded top my jeep had was not wired to the jeep so i traded it for a set of alum wheels

I got my harness from a junk yard website. You put in the part you need, and it gets send to all yards in the system. Cost me 12 plus shipping.

Well that link to the junkyard website would be cool! So please share.

silver97tj you can find the actualy schematics in the FSM but their quite confusing to follow lol.. thats why im trying to stick to this basic switch/relay setup i have but no one wants to confirm with me And i dont want to build in unless its right.

its just the washer bottle right? The pump/motor itself is already on the top correct? My buddy is gonna hopefully pick this up for me later on today i told him to ask about the bottle.

Now i just gotta find a connector that goes from the 97-02 harness to the 03-06 top

The 2 white things at the bottom of the bottle are the pumps, one for the windshield and one for the rear window...

So i got my hands on the wiring harness looks to be all there as the guy didnt snip anything off he actually unplugged it the right and proper way except...

Never got the other washer bottle... dont really care for it either. The piece that one guy thought was the cruise control thats actually the hook up for a trailer. Im assuming his jeep was factory hardtop and trailer wired so the thing has the tub plug that plugs in and runs the wire for a trailer.

The only thing that when looking at the wiring diagram i couldnt find on the actual harness was where it breaks off and goes to the defroster and wiper switches.. I couldnt find the connectors, but like i said i also inspected to see if he had snipped them off and i would see some wires dangling but nothing.

Maybe some of you guys can enlighten me a bit on this?
