hard top leaking?

Hi everyone

I am missing the passenger side vent on my hard top (2000 jeep wrangler). I have one ordered. But my question is could this be letting water in on the floor behind the rear seat. I just bought the jeep have never had the top off yet but noticed that the area was wet . . Thanks in advance.
